Draft Final General Plan & Draft Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR)
The Draft Final General Plan and Draft Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) documents are complete and are available for public review. A public hearing before the City Council has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 6 PM to review and consider approval of the Draft Final documents.
