Draft General Plan & Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR)

The Draft General Plan and Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) documents are complete and are available for public review.  CEQA requires a 45-day public comment period.  The public comment period for the Draft EIR is from August 16, 2010 through September 29, 2010.  For a copy of the General Plan Overview (Executive Summary and Summary of Goals), click here.
